LOCATION: This home is located less than 2 blocks from Main Street and sits on the edge of the downtown arts district. Walk out the back door to discover all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The Free Ride bus stop is steps away and the Breck Connect Gondola just a few blocks down the street.

All properties are stocked with:

• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Special Notes:
• Parking – Private heated 2-car garage, 2 outdoor spaces - 4 spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No Animals - Due to extreme life-threatening allergies in this property owners family, they cannot allow animals of any kind in the home. This applies to Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals as well as Pets. Guests will have to sign an Addendum agreeing to this restriction as part of the reservation process.
• No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

    We stayed at the Bogart House for several nights in February 2018 and absolutely loved it! The location, layout, finish, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations! We had 3 adult couples and 4 kids with us (10 people total) and there was room to spare. The 3 king suite style rooms were perfect for the adults. My only recommendation is to make the arcade game free for guests to use. We were excited to have that as an amenity to the home only to get there and find out it takes quarters...needless to say our kids were disappointed. We have rented homes in Breckenridge every year for several years now and the arcade games have always been free. We will certainly look to stay here again in the future!

    We brought our family together for Independence Day week in
    Breckenridge ... 8 adults and 5 children(ages 9 months to 3 years) ...
    this stunning home was beyond our expectations and gave each family
    their own private room with their own bath, while providing ample room
    for us all to be together. The Bogart house was built with incredible
    attention to detail, is immaculately cared for and has incredible
    views of the ski slopes. While only one block from Breckenridge's main
    street, you would never know it as you sit up high and the outdoor
    area remains private and quiet. The location let us rest and relax
    while coming and going to the activities that were close at hand. The
    management company was exceptional with their communications before,
    during and after our stay and tracked down a forgotten item for us. We
    give the highest recommendation possible for this property.

    There were 11 of us.... We had plenty of room! The home is well
    maintained and equipped. The location is excellent as well. 1 block
    off of Main Street and an easy walk to gondola. 2 grocery store are
    very near by as well. I would definitely recommend this rental!!

    With two families and 7 children between us, the house was spacious,
    we never felt on top of one another. It's a shame the bunk room is a
    double over a double - for families there are more options if bunks
    are singles. The house is close to the gondola, but a little too far
    for kids to walk in boots and with skis. Unfortunately by the start of
    April the free bus is just once every 40 minutes, which isn't really
    ideal, so we did need to drive to the gondola. Perfect for walking to
    shops and restaurants though.

    The Bogart is steps from everything, but you might not want to leave.
    This surprisingly spacious home is wonderfully designed and finished
    out with everything you could ever need. Enjoy coffee on the patio
    with an unobstructed view of the slopes of Breck, or lounge in the
    great room with friends playing games or watching TV. I know it sounds
    like I am writing an ad, but it was an absolutely fantastic stay for
    two families and a bunch of kiddos. Highly, highly recommend.

    Everyone has their own space. Beautiful views. Maintenance was very
    responsive. I would highly recommend this property and would rent

    Very clean house. Good beds and linens. Location was the best. Easy
    walk to restaurants and shopping for our families and teenagers. Only
    three blocks downhill to the gondola parking lot. I parked our truck
    with everybody’s ski boots in the gondola parking lot at 8:30 each
    morning so we could walk to the truck, change shoes and go each day
    but you could just walk directly to the gondola (probably 4-5 blocks
    total). We didn’t have to mess with traffic or parking like we do on
    most trips. The layout of the house is very nice.
