Cabo Sunrise Villa features four-spacious bedroom suites, each with it’s own spa-like bathroom. There is ample living space for gatherings, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a private outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the coastline.

The interior of the home is completed with comfortable furnishings, warm traditional accents, top-of-the-line appliances, tile flooring, vaulted ceilings and spacious common areas inside and out. With its spacious living accommodations, this incredible home sleeps 12 adults and 4 children (or 10 singles) making it perfect for large groups!  

Create unforgettable meals in the fully equipped kitchen with friends and family, the spacious surroundings and stainless steel appliances will make your everyday cooking effortless. Guests have the option to dine indoors on the ten-person dining table or outdoors on the covered terrace near the BBQ and palapa, both locations offer a romantic setting of the sunset and Pacific Ocean as your backdrop.  

You can take in the stunning views from the common areas and  most of the bedroom suites as well. Each bedroom boasts its own special view and is comes complete with a ceiling fan, individual AC units, and a TV. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and large marble walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms come with two-double beds, private bathroom with bath/shower, walk-in closet and private patio. The fourth-bedroom offers a king-size bed, large seating area, and private bathroom with double sink and shower. The fifth-bedroom features two-queens plus two-twin size beds and a private bathroom with shower. Two of the downstairs bedrooms are not accessible from the main house; each will have its own separate entrance for added privacy.  

A stay at Sunrise Villa includes complimentary housekeeping services every day except Sunday (except on Mexican Holidays).
