We also have a couple gorgeous properties up the coast in Laie.Kailua is an idyllic town situated on the Windward Coast of Oahu (Northeast facing). Because it faces the trade winds, clouds tend to get caught the Coast’s rugged Ko’olau peaks and the area just inland gets ample rainfall. For this reason, Windward Oahu is probably the most lush and green area on the island.
There are several beautiful beaches to enjoy on the Windward Coast. But Kailua Beach Park is probably one of the best. It regularly wins slots in “Top 10” beach lists as it's perfect for swimming and family fun. The area is quiet but it does have its notoriety as the Obama family rents a Kailua vacation home on their yearly visit to the islands.
Our Kailua vacation rentals are stunning luxury homes. Many are located beachfront at Kailua Beach or at Lanikai, the upscale neighborhood next to the Kailua Beach. The homes are certainly in the luxury category, but range in price and size to accommodate most budgets and groups. Some homes are beachfront and very resort-like, with the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
