The villa is also just minutes away from the championship courses at Cinnamon Hill and White Witch. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa features white columns, a verdant lawn, and vibrant gardens. Recent renovation and upgrades make a stay at The Fairway Manor even more spectacular. 

Once inside the villa, you can enjoy the view of the sea, golf course, and pool from multiple terraces and balconies. The pool at The Fairway Manor is a heated, 16-foot by 28-foot infinity pool. The pool has its own sundeck set against the backdrop of the cerulean blue sky and ocean. The Fairway Manor also has a poolside hot tub with 32 rotating jets and room for eight people. 

Fitness buffs will be sure to take advantage of the villa's private gym. You can lift weights, use the strength and power machines, get your miles in on the treadmill, or hop on an exercise bike. Whether you've worked up a sweat in the gym or spent the day in the pool, nothing feels better than a refreshing shower. The Fairway Manor has an outdoor, bamboo shower perfect for rinsing off. 

There's nothing quite like a day in the sun to work up your appetite and thirst. Head to the gazebo for cocktails from the granite bar and food fresh from the barbecue grill. You can also head to the open family room, adjacent to the pool deck, to enjoy a drink from the bar, play a game of pool, or play a Wii game on the 52-inch TV. 

The villa is fully stocked with a wide variety of entertainment options. Guests can play air hockey, foosball, or ping pong in the game room. The Fairway Manor also has a sound system that extends all the way out to the pool. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. The two living rooms, one on each floor, also have TVs. Wi-Fi keeps guests connected throughout the entire villa. 

The two largest bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a four-poster, king-size bed and French doors that open onto a private balcony with a view of the Caribbean. The en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and garden view. The second upstairs bedroom has the option for a king-size bed or two twin-size beds. The room also has its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub. 

The five bedrooms downstairs can either have a total of five king-size beds or one king-size bed and eight twin-size beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and French doors that open to the lower level veranda. One of the bedrooms also has an outdoor shower. 

The Fairway Manor is run by a professional staff, including a chef, butler, housekeeper, gardener, and laundress. The villa also aims to anticipate all of its guests needs. Each room has a safe for any valuables you might like to store. The villa also has two cribs, a high chair, and a booster chair for families travelling with their little ones.
