Description

The Kahala Oceanfront Villa rests right on the ocean on the island of Oahu. The ocean-view villa is one of six homes in a private cul-de-sac on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. When you stay in this private villa you can experience the best of Kahala and Waikiki, two of Honolulu’s most beautiful beachfront neighborhoods.

Kahala Oceanfront Villa is a modern gem bordered by the Pacific Ocean on one side and towering palms on the other. The split-level, terraced villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

The ocean-front villa has access to a pristine, white sand beach. For guests who want to spend as much time in the sun as possible, the villa also has multiple expansive, furnished lanais. Sit on these open-air verandas to watch the endless waves of the Pacific Ocean and revel in the cool ocean breeze. Guests can also take their meals al fresco on the upstairs lanai. This outdoor living space has a dining table and chairs.

The interior of the villa is decorated in a style that is both rustic and chic. Warm wood furniture is paired with soft colors that surrender to and embrace the natural beauty you will see from every window and doorway.

Guests enter the villa from the upstairs level. A generous entryway leads to the villa’s upstairs living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for a light morning meal and cup of coffee. The kitchen has a stone tile floor, light wood cabinets, and large windows. Natural light floods the room, and guests can take in a view of the ocean and mountainous terrain.

The villa’s upstairs also includes a living room and dining room seamlessly connected to one of the lanais. Guest can sit beneath the soaring, vaulted ceiling on the living room’s cushioned couches or at the indoor dining table. The room and connected lanai are cooled by ceiling fans. The living space is decorated with dark wood and a warm tan color scheme. The two-car garage is also on the villa’s upper level.

The downstairs of the Kahala Oceanfront Villa includes another spacious living room and a bar. The living room opens out onto the downstairs lanai. Stairs from the lanai descend down to the villa’s verdant, ocean-front lawn.

Three of the bedrooms at the Kahala Oceanfront Villa are located downstairs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have outdoor access to one of the villa’s lanais. Two of the bedrooms have a view of the Pacific Ocean, while the third bedroom has a garden view. Each bedroom has vaulted ceiling and classic wooden furniture. The largest en-suite bathroom has a sumptuous bath and a walk-in shower made of marble. The other bathrooms have glass-walled showers.

The fourth bedroom is located in a cottage that is detached from the main home. The cottage bedroom has two beds. Two walls of the bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the lawn and look out over the warm, blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The cottage also has seating and a full en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is perfect for any older children staying at the villa.

The Kahala Oceanfront Villa is located between Honolulu’s Kahala and Waikiki neighborhoods. Guests can explore the beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants both neighborhoods have to offer. The villa is also located near the scenic Kūpikipiki‘o Point.

Your Hawaiian adventure awaits you at the beautiful Kahala Oceanfront Villa.
