LOCATION – This quaint home, located right on the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle is only 2 blocks from Main Street. It is an easy walk to the Breckenridge Ice Arena for ice skating, and Carter Park is practically in your backyard where you can enjoy tubing and sledding. The shuttle stop is located on the corner of French Street and Jefferson Avenue right outside of the property (See Satellite Overview in Photos).

AMENITIES – This three-bedroom home provides guests with excellent amenities throughout. The chef of the group can prepare dinner in the kitchen while others can cozy up to the fireplace or large flat screen TV in the living room close by. There is plenty of privacy in the lower level bedroom where you can relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV in the living area or get to bed early in the captain’s bunk and sleeper sofa. Guests can find relaxation in the private hot tub on the back patio while others can enjoy sledding at Carter Park only a block away.

All properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

    LOCATION nothing short of PERFECT. The home is conveniently located one block from grocery store, two off S. Main Street and 4 from the Quicksilver lift (free ride shuttle right outside front door). Interior of home was updated & well thought out. Bluetooth speaker in great room, very comfortable beds, spare heaters (though they weren't needed). Kitchen was great to cook in. Flatscreen tv was state of the art. Modern rustic cabin with GORGEOUS ceilings in great room and upper bedroom - seriously. W/D, hot tub and all appliances functioned flawlessly. Home was very neat, clean, well maintained and ready on time. Off-street parking was a plus. Plenty of spare linens and dinnerware. Some of THE best sleep ever. Definitely recommended and would book again on the next Breck vacation!!

  • Apres Chalet is a wonderfully thought out vacation rental opportunity. Each [needed] sundry item was carefully anticipated from hot tub towels, bathing items, cooking utensils and modern electronics. Located on the FREE RIDE route, ONE BLOCK from grocery and TWO BLOCKS to MAIN STREET/Lifts, this residence is tucked away on a quiet end street. The hot tub was perfect, bedding was comfortable and each room was spaced well for peaceful sleep. No matter how much we searched, this home met all criteria for a PERFECT SKI VACATION! Highly recommended and would book again whenever in Breck. Treat yourself..., well worth the money

    Had an awesome time In Breckenridge - Loved our stay at the Apres
    Chalet - Everything was there as promised!!! The house was ready when
    we arrived - having a door with an electronic lock was very
    convenient. The property was awesome and was so much better than being
    stuck in a hotel room. We walked two blocks and we were in the center
    of town.
    Having a parking spot was also convenient. After day 1 we walked out
    our door and across the street to grab a bus that dropped us right at
    the lift.
    We had everything we needed - plenty of towels - appliances - etc.
    5 Stars and well worth it - I would highly recommend this
    property!!!!! Very clean and nicely decorated.

    My wife, friends, and I had a great stay at Apres Chalet! The location
    was perfect for getting to the mountain and for walking around
    downtown to restaurants and shops. We loved the coziness of the living
    room but also that each bedroom had its own floor and privacy (with
    private bathroom). The hot tub was a great plus. The only downside was
    that the walkway from the parking to the back door was packed snow and
    not the easiest to traverse, but otherwise the property management
    team took care of us; check-in and check-out was seamless!

    Our stay was relaxing in the Apres Chalet. Just as it is named there
    is lots to do after a day of skiing in Breckenridge. The chalet is
    convenient to walking to town and the shuttle is right outside the
    door. The fireplace and radiant heat made the house feel like home.
    The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals in at night. The hot
    tub was an added bonus! Service was friendly and questions were
    answered in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.
