LOCATION – This townhome is located in the Charter Ridge complex above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. The free shuttle is located nearby that gives you access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Endless activities abound year-round with miles of cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the back door.

AMENITIES – There are three bedrooms including a master king bedroom, two queen bedrooms with additional sleeping space in the den. The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won’t want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, soaking in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

All properties are stocked with:

    We booked this place for 8 people (3 couples and 2 friends) and it was a perfect fit for everyone. 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, and an extra twin bed in a small closet/closed room. The location came with a kitchen and all its amenities. Sonos speakers all around the house... and most important of all, a large hot tub outside! The location is easy to get to (no keys requires. Use garage code). And it’s very close to all the slopes nearby. (10 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 to Copper Mountain). I highly recommend this and it will be a repeat location for us

    Amazing view of Breckenridge and the mountain, plenty of space for a

    The house was very clean and comfortable for all 7 of us. The
    downstairs bedrooms had a few issues with the temperature being too
    hot - they had to sleep with the window open. Great location for
    skiing/snowboarding in Breckenridge. The shuttle to town/skiing was a
    bit of an uphill trek for skiers - not so much for snowboarders. Many
    days we drove to the free parking lot(short distance away) and took
    the short shuttle to the lifts. Many days some of us took the shuttle
    back to the house (downhill walk not bad).Views from the balconies of
    the house were beautiful. The house was big enough to have privacy and
    living area ample for all of us. Hot tub was great after a days on the
    mountain... It is a 4 bedroom with 3 and a 1/2 baths right outside
    Breckenridge (not Woodmoor, Colorado). Hopefully the description has
    been corrected - we almost did not rent when we saw the Woodmoor in
    the description.

    Breckenridge. It is well stocked and cared for. Just a short drive to
    Main Street. This home has a great kitchen and a large master bedroom
    and bath. Parking is only for two vehicles so having anyone visit is
    difficult.

    equipped kitchen, remote controlled gas fireplace, hot tub, 5
    bedrooms, 3 porches, parking for 2 cars and sensational views of the
    mountains..

    Property management was very responsive To all of our questions. Would
