The property is in a great location with lots of usable space, hot tub
and sauna. The finishing is old and outdated and outdoor furniture is
old and only 4 chairs for a deck that is large and should have at
least 15-20 chairs. The grill is small and propane run out during

The Duck House was perfect for our group. Lots of sleeping
arrangements, fantastic outdoor space, the sauna and hot tub are an
awesome addition. The inside of the house was clean and well kept.
Overall the house provided 8 "grown" men an opportunity to have a
great weekend and live very comfortably in the space. We all agreed
the beds were surprisingly comfortable (especially for a rental
property) which is always a great surprise. Pinnacle Lodging staff was
attentive, professional, and available.

Great stay at the Duck House! Location is incredible. Great
communication with the management company. I'd definitely recommend
this great house for a wonderful vacation!!

United States - Stayed in 2022
The house was plenty big for our group, but we did have some problems.
The downstairs bedroom lights didn't work and neither did half the
outlets. The garbage disposal didn't work. I called and was told that
someone would be by, but they weren't fixed for our 5 day stay. We
also ran out of paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher soap. And
the garage had a car in it when we were told we would have both sides
of the garage.

Minneapolis, MN, US - Stayed in 2022
Our group was 4 small families, and we had plenty of room to hang out,
extra bunks, etc. Large private hot tub was key for after skiing! Nice
house but lots of things didn't work quite right. Sauna broken, one
dishwasher kept stopping, maintenance crew has to come to fix toilet
and beeping smoke alarm. Management company was fast to respond to
some items, ignored others. Location great for ski-in/ski-out, but not
walkable to town sadly.

We had an excellent time at the Duck House. We were a party of 9 with
3 different families. The house is big and the layout was great. The
main level was perfect for hanging out but there was plenty of room
for privacy. The proximity to the 4 o'clock trail was good for ski-in,
ski-out. We rarely drove anywhere. It was late season so the home
needs a good cleaning and some TLC, but we would come back.

We ended up at the Duck House after a pipe burst in our original
Rental. Ethan at VisitBreck was awesome and got us all switched to
here and still have access to our other amenities. The house is a
great layout for families with different age ranges (kids downstairs,
adults up!) The kitchen is well stocked as was the house with
games/sleds/etc. We have grade school kids and the walk across the
street was super easy to the trail to the lift. We loved it and would
stay here again soon!

Wow! To say this home exceeded our expectations would be a gross
understatement. The views, layout and general aesthetic was far beyond
what the pictures showed. Everything was clean, so comfortable and the
stunning views from the the full wall of windows, deck and hot tub
could not be beat. It had EVERYTHING our family of 20 (ranging from
age 2 to age 70) could need from a closet FULL of games to cozy
blankets in every nook. Pinnacle Lodging was so attentive to our needs
and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied the
entire time. The weekend we spent here will forever be a favorite
memory due in large part to our fantastic accommodations. All. The.
