This beautiful, multi-level Breckenridge vacation home boasts 4,447 sq. ft. of comfortable mountain living. The three floors of the home feature five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Plan a big family trip, or gather up 12 of your closest friends. Snowy Point Lodge can comfortably host you and 12 other guests.

The private home looks like a classic mountain lodge. The wood exterior looks rustic and inviting. Tall picture windows offer unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and forest. The interior of the home features charming, upscale furnishings and décor. You will have no trouble making yourself at home in the comfortable and luxurious Snowy Point Lodge.

No Colorado vacation home is complete without outdoor living space. Snowy Point Lodge features both a deck and a patio. The deck is accessible from the main level of the home. The patio, which features a private hot tub, is accessible from the lower level of the home. The outdoor living space also features a gas grill and ample seating. The deck and patio have a total of three dining tables. One table has seats for eight guests, while the other two tables each have seating for three guests.

Inside, Snowy Point Lodge features plenty of luxurious living space. The main level of the ski home has a spacious living room with two sofas and a dramatic stone fireplace. You can step through doors in this room directly out onto the deck. The lodge also has a family room located on the lower level. The family room has a comfy couch and a large flat screen TV.

If you are looking for some extra entertainment, Snowy Point Lodge won’t disappoint. The vacation home also has a recreation room. The rec room features a flat screen TV, a wine cooler, and a wet bar.

The fully equipped kitchen at Snowy Point Lodge features modern, stainless steel appliances, smooth granite countertops, and classic wood cabinetry. Up to four guests can sit at the kitchen counter. If you want to sit down to a big group meal inside, the home has a gorgeous dining area with a table and 10 seats. A gorgeous view accompanies dinner courtesy of the large picture windows.

The bedrooms at Snowy Point Lodge are divided between the three floors. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level. One of these bedrooms features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Guests of this room also have access to the patio. The second upper level bedroom has two twin-size beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and patio access. The main level of the home has one bedroom. This room has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and a large, two-person shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower level. One downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. This room also has an en-suit bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

During your stay at Snowy Point Lodge, you will have access to high-speed internet and onsite laundry facilities. If you want to exercise, you’ll enjoy the yoga room, which has a flat screen TV and a stationary bike.

While Snowy Point Lodge has a secluded atmosphere, it is not far from the entertainment of Breckenridge and its ski slopes. The downtown area is just about a mile away, while you can walk to the Four O’Clock Ski Run.
