    The condo was beautiful, had a great view and is only a few blocks
    from Breckenridge Main Street. So, it is within walking distance to
    the restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and came with two
    parking passes, which we needed since we traveled in two vehicles. I
    highly recommend staying here.

    Nice location and accommodations. The unit was updated nicely and very
    comfortable. The Deck was very dirty and really not useable. Someone
    had a cat in the unit and there was cat hair on all the pillows on the
    couches.
    Construction noise was loud Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They worked
    until 5 everyday. The neighbor to the north was on the patio smoking
    at 3 am which wouldn’t be a problem if the unit had air conditioning
    but it didn’t and we had the windows open. Other than these issues
    it was nice.

    A ski-in, walk 100 feet out location. Met all the needs of 10 skiers.
    Four bedrooms, three with master baths, plus a half bath. Good
    location to come back for lunch everyday. Fully stocked kitchen. Two
    parking passes were essential. Huge tv. The management company was
    excellent. The only downside is that the porch is very small and
    doesn’t have a grill.

    The condo itself was very nice. There was one night that we didn't
    have any hot water, but other than that, we liked the actual condo. My
    problem was that we couldn't get a third parking pass. This was a 4
    bedroom condo that cost $6000 for 4 nights. I have never had an issue
    getting a third pass before, and we always stay on Four O'Clock run
    somewhere. We had to pay an extra $75 in parking fees and were
    inconvenienced in that one of our families felt stranded. I don't
    intend to rent from this company again. If you only have two cars then
    I'd say you will be happy with the property.

    We rent at Tyre frequently when in Breck due to the great location
    with easy access to ski rental, Snowflake lift, reliable ski-in access
    (4 O'clock run w/ snow making) and walkable to city area. We have
    stayed in dozens of condos over the years across the US and this is
    one of the best: recently remodeled with high-end industrial/eclectic
    style, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen (good
    breadth/quantity/quality), full size washer/dryer, Dish TV, comfy
    beds, plenty of blankets/pillows, lots of family games, etc... It's
    nice that the owners/condo allow people to leave some non-perishables
    (e.g., spices, foil, soap) so that there are at least a few things
    that you don't need to buy and/or can leave behind for others'
    benefit. Hot water for showers was an issue at times for no apparent
    reason, but overall manageable for a large family if not in a rush. I
    would highly recommend!
