This Tyra Riverbend Lodge three-bedroom condo is located in a prime ski-in/ski-out location in an incredibly designed complex located next to the Snowflake Lift in the Four O’clock area. It comes fully-loaded with all the amenities you need for an amazing mountain vacation. Tyra Riverbend Lodge is surrounded by open space and wetlands and is only four blocks from Main Street. Whether you are heading to Breckenridge in the winter or summer, there is plenty to do. You can shop or dine in Historic Downtown, explore the many trail systems or hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort!

LOCATION – Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’clock area next to the Snowflake Lift and Blue Sky Lodge. Blue Sky Lodge has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and small ski rental shop for ski and snowboard rentals. This property has quick access to the heart of town and to the base of Peak 9. Guests can enjoy the free in-town shuttle with the stop directly across the street at the base of the Snowflake Lift.

AMENITIES – This north facing condo provides an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area allowing guest to enjoy cooking meals together, relaxing while watching television, enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace or sitting around chatting. This three bedroom condo includes a master king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a great bunk room for the kids to hang out in with DIRECTV, a Bose sound system, private laundry and two private decks.

Everything was fine with the unit. It's right next to the Snowflake
lift; which was great. Only having one parking place was difficult
with two families. The unit was clean when we arrived. Good
communication with property management company.

The unit itself is about what you'd expect for a rental condo on the
mountain at its price point. Absolutely loved the Riverbend complex as
a whole. The layout and location is fantastic. Would stay here again.
Communications with management company was top notch. I would
recommend to management to stock it with better cleaning supplies. We
ran out of tablets to run dishwasher early on and there was no
cleaning spray to even wipe off countertops. I'd think you'd want to
encourage your guest to have those things to clean. Would be worth the
cost in the long run.

Tyra Riverbend 116 was fantastic. Great location right beside the
lift. Very spacious three bedroom condo that was great for our group
of 8. Condo had games and movies for the kids. Heated garage with ski
lockers was very nice also. Will definitely stay there again.

Spacious condo. Worked well for family including two teenagers. Unit
is well equipped with utensils, however some major repairs are needed
(new kitchen faucet, new dishwasher-rack broken does not fully dry,
fireplace does not work, coffee pot filters too small, juice size
glasses needed, strike plate on hall bath needs repair.
