Golf Course & Ocean Views in Kaanapali  

For a Hawaii vacation rental that can accommodate a good-size group, you can't go wrong with this Exotic Estates property. Hale Holokai Kaanapali, provides easy access to nearby golf courses and includes an ocean view. From the property, one can see the many palm trees on the grounds. 

This Kaanapali rental overlooks the 15th hole of the nearby Kali Golf Course. Guests can enjoy the view from the teak dining table that, like the kitchen table, seats eight people comfortably. Guests can also relax on the two lounge chairs, made of teak, while they grill foods on their outdoor BBQ. The overhead company provides respite from the sun and from rainfall. 

Two ottomans, wicker chairs, and a teak love seat also provide guests with a comfortable way to relax. On the lawn of this Maui villa rental, there are four lounge chairs and two wicker couches. There are even an umbrella and beach chairs to help guests soak up the sun in comfort.

Guests can also lounge by the pool. The pool deck offers comfortable seating and shade. It is located just a staircase away from this Maui vacation rental. 

6 Bedrooms Sleep 12 in Kaanapali

With six bedrooms and three bathrooms, this Maui villa holds as many as 12 people. While the first, second, and third bedrooms each have one king-sized bed, the fourth or "Loft" room has a full-size and twin-size bed, the fifth room has one king-sized and one set of bunk beds, and the sixth room has a single king-sized bed.

The main level of the house is where one of two master bedrooms is located. The main floor master bedroom includes an HD-Flat-Screen TV, two sinks in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. It also provides easy access to the lanai.

Its lower level include the master suite with the adjacent room for the bunk beds. The second bedroom on the lower level has a lounge room and shares the guest bath.

The guest bathroom has a tub, shower and double set of sinks. The first guest room itself has a California-King. while the second guest room has an King-size bed. Both rooms have a fan, TV, and closet as well. They provide private access to the lanai, one of the many advantages of a Maui vacation rental. The loft room also has a private lanai, as well as one twin and one full bed, with a ceiling fan above. 

Living Room & Fully Equipped Kitchen

The living room is outfitted with two Minka fans, chairs, couches, and a 55-inch TV. In the nearby kitchen is a dining table that sits eight people. It is also equipped with a bar sink, dishwasher, countertop stove, oven, and a stainless-steel refrigerator. Its long wraparound counter provides plenty of space for preparing meals. Guests are encouraged to purchase groceries on their way from the airport to their villa. The kitchen island provides additional room for prep work. From the kitchen table, guests can look out onto the lanai and beyond. The smooth wooden floors provide a comfortable place to stand while preparing meals.

Outside of the kitchen is a small laundry room equipped with a side by side washing machine and dryer. It's a convenient way for guests to be able to wash their bathing suits and other vacation wear. 

Close to Whaler's Village & Kaanapali Beach

When guests are ready to make their way beyond their Hawaii vacation rental, they are only a 10-minute walk from various attractions. This includes Whaler's Village shops and Ka'anapali Beach. At the beach, guests can participate in activities such as snorkeling. They can even venture further into town and dine at restaurants such as Mala's, Castaway Cafe, Pacifico's, Hula Grill, and The Gazebos. Foodland Farm is another local attraction that guests often pay a visit to. It features local cuisines that are popular among residents and tourists.

We rented this Maui home for a family trip in December. We had 11 in our group, ranging in age from 6 to 66. This rental worked well because 1) The layout of the home provided ample space to spread out for privacy (i.e. my brother, his husband and two children stayed in the basement unit which could stand alone as a separate accommodation connected to the greater house), while also providing spacious places to convene (i.e. the pool, living room and lanai). 2) The kitchen was HUGE and had everything we needed. Plastic utensils and dishes for kids? Check. Tupperware to store extra chili? Check. Spices? Check. As a huge family, we needed a lot of space to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and this allowed us to do so without too much rubbing elbows. 3) The location was residential enough to feel private and peaceful, though close enough to all the Kaanapali action. You can walk to the beachfront (about 15 minutes) or drive in less than 5. Lahaina is also a short drive away. Aside from why the home was great for my family, I personally felt the beds were very comfortable, loved the outdoor shower by the pool, loved the HEATED pool, sunset views from the lanai and pool and I also adored the bedroom I stayed in -- the loft room to the right when you walk in up the stairs. I'd also note that the management company was very helpful and communicative - you can trust that you'll be well taken care of. A few tiny things worth noting: Check in and check out is pretty rigid, understandably, though we would have loved if we had some flexibility there. Also, since the home backs up to a golf course, there is a good chance there's a flying golf ball here and there. Since we had two littles ones with us, we had to keep an eye on that to make sure they didn't stray onto the greens/get hit. Overall wonderful experience, and comes much recommended.
It was fabulousThis property was perfect for the 12 of us all family 10 adults and 2 young teens . We were all very comfortable in our sleeping arrangements and large bath room s the home is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and patio and had plenty of room for everyone.
Beautiful, spacious, well appointed homeWe were a family of 11 including 4 little ones and on arrival we found this lovely home waiting for us. Clean, lovely rooms, plenty of space with everything we needed. Having two great patios was a bonus. The pool fabulous for hanging out in the evening after a full day of activities. We bbqed and lounged around. We lost hot water one morning and I contacted the management and someone was there in a jiffy, all fixed! Lots of towels, pool towels and all kind of beach accessories which was great especially for the kiddos. Washer and dryer an absolute bonus. The location couldn't have been better, 5 mins from Whalers Village, beaches and hotels, a little shopping and walking the restaurants beachside in the evening was just lovely.A truly fabulous time in an awesome house with a perfect location. The whole family couldn't have asked for more.The management were easy to work with and the whole procedure was very smooth.Would love to rent again!!

Great home for a family vacation!The house was perfect for our group of ten adults. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the house and pool. The kitchen was well stocked except for the pots and pans. Hopefully they will take care of that. The location was great for trips into Lahanai for shopping and whale watching tours. It is also an easy walk to the beach in Kaanapali. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very clean. I would rent this house again if we come back to Maui.
