The lower level of the villa includes a luxurious primary suite with a private ocean-view lanai, a Cal king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a tranquil en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and access to a spectacular outdoor shower garden. A second stunning suite, situated on the other side of the villa for maximum privacy, also has its own lanai, queen-size bed, walk-in closet, spa-like full bathroom, and outdoor shower garden. The den, a third room with an ocean-view lanai and an attached full bathroom is an excellent gathering space for relaxing or watching TV. Please note the maximum occupancy for this villa is four.

The upper level of the villa includes a gleaming gourmet kitchen with gorgeous wood cabinetry, granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and all-new cookware, tableware, and glassware. An open-concept floor plan creates a seamless flow from the kitchen to the indoor dining space and the great room beyond. This smart home features four 65-inch high-definition Samsung televisions, a state-of-the-art whole-home Sonos sound system, and of course high-definition wireless internet service. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$100 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$200 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays. No refunds or discounts will be given during these times.
