Hali'i Kai 19H is an exciting new offering at one of Waikoloa Resort's most sought after vacation destinations. This clean-lined vacation condo features brand new living room and dining furniture and 3 bedrooms to accommodate a large family or group in comfort. The new owners have completed upgrades in November 2018 that include a fresh paint-job, a new thermostat, new BBQ grill on the outdoor patio, new bedding and black-out drapes in the bedrooms. The private master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the third room has a twin trundle bed that has a second twin mattress that can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. All of the bedrooms are carpeted and offer air conditioning, wifi and televisions (either a cable box or Roku is provided in every bedroom). 19H is located on the ground floor in the Coconut Grove just steps from the tennis court and basketball court.
