For these reservations, guests effected by Government-mandated travel restrictions that impact entry to the state of Hawaii or the state of origin (such as mandatory quarantine), may cancel up to 24-hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund.

H201 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanfront condo perfect for traveling couples. Guests will enjoy gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the large covered lanai steps away from the nearby private pool, BBQ and the beaches of Mauna Lani. The spacious living room offers upgraded island furnishings and decor, new carpeting and an entertainment center with flat screen TV. The dining room is located just off of the fully renovated kitchen, which features granite counter tops and brand new appliances. Both bedrooms have king size beds and televisions along with full bathrooms and private access to the main lanai. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the second floor (no elevators).
**MLT Pool Closure & Renovation Project**
The Mauna Lani Terrace Association will be renovating the amenity complex and pool area beginning April 15, 2020, for approximately 6 months. During the closure, guests of the Mauna Lani Terrace will be granted complimentary access to the Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Center. The Sports & Fitness Center is located a short walk from the Mauna Lani Terrace where guests will have use of the fitness center and lap pool. Please keep in mind that the pool is for lap swimming only and tennis, fitness and yoga classes will be subject to a fee. During certain phases of the project construction noise may be audible from residences at the Mauna Lani Terrace. There will be at least one BBQ station on the Terrace property for guests to use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
