L302 is a beautifully renovated deluxe condo in a fantastic location only a short walk away from the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2-bath condo sits up on the third floor and features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous ocean and lagoon views with tasteful dark wicker furnishings and island decor throughout. The living room features new tile flooring, plenty of comfortable seating and television with DVD/VCR player for the family to enjoy. The kitchen has been wonderfully redone with beautiful granite counter tops and a large dining room table off to the side. The master bedroom offers guests plenty of room to relax guests with a king size bed and a television of its own while the second bedroom, perfect for the children, offers two twin beds (may be converted into a king upon request at booking) and a television as well. Both bedrooms are on different ends of the unit for maximum privacy and both feature recently redone full bathrooms as well as a private lanai with beautiful mountain and ocean views.
**MLT Pool Closure & Renovation Project**
The Mauna Lani Terrace Association will be renovating the amenity complex and pool area beginning April 15, 2020, for approximately 6 months. During the closure, guests of the Mauna Lani Terrace will be granted complimentary access to the Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Center. The Sports & Fitness Center is located a short walk from the Mauna Lani Terrace where guests will have use of the fitness center and lap pool. Please keep in mind that the pool is for lap swimming only and tennis, fitness and yoga classes will be subject to a fee. During certain phases of the project construction noise may be audible from residences at the Mauna Lani Terrace. There will be at least one BBQ station on the Terrace property for guests to use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
