The open concept great room boasts soaring ceilings up to the second story skylight, a large seating area and a 75” smart flat screen television, perfect for gathering to watch sporting or cinematic events. The gourmet modern kitchen is fully equipped with top tier appliances including a 6-burner Wolf stove/oven, and a large double fridge with 4 dedicated freezer drawers. Porcelain wall treatments, floor to ceiling sliding pocket doors to the lanai, high speed WiFi throughout, and a Sonos smart speaker system are just some of the high end touches that differentiate this home from others on the rental market.
The upstairs lounge offers a full bar, cafe seating and a wall mounted smart 65” flat screen television. Just off the upstairs lounge you’ll find a covered deck with cafe seating and exceptional fish pond, ocean, coastline and sunset views. The dedicated indoor game room boasts a pool table, shuffleboard, full bar, outdoor lanai seating, 65” wall-mounted smart flat screen television and Peleton bike.
All bedrooms offer smart flat screen televisions, ceiling fans, individual climate control A/C systems, and Cal King beds. Three bedroom suites with en suite baths are located downstairs in the main wing, with the two primary suites offering ocean views, private outdoor showers and access to the lanai and pool deck through sliding doors. Two more downstairs bonus sleeping rooms that share an adjacent bath are off the hallway from the game room. Two additional bedrooms are found upstairs, one with an en suite full bath and the other shares a connecting full bath with a third adjacent bonus sleeping room.
A dedicated laundry room can be found inside the home with provided detergent, and two other washer and dryer sets are located in the garage. Deluxe toiletries are furnished in each bathroom, and the kitchen is fully supplied with paper and plastic products. Everything you might desire for an excursion off property is also provided, including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, sand toys and so much more.
