Wailea Beach Villa Penthouse 202 is a 1,900-square-foot vacation residence in the prestigious Wailea Beach Villas resort community. The home’s garden views are carried into the larger interior spaces, which feature traditional Hawaiian decor.
While designated a garden-view unit, Penthouse 202 does offer ocean horizon views, complete with Molokini crater and the island of Kahoolawe! During the winter, humpback whales may also be putting on display.
The two-bedroom, two-bath Maui villa boasts partial ocean views and a bird’s eye view of colorful ginger, swaying palm trees and the impressive Molokini Crater. Step outside of the villa, and you’ll find even more incredible views from the stunning Wailea Beach Path. Enjoy idyllic strolls and sea views from Wailea Beach to Ulua Beach Park. The path connects to some of Maui’s favorite hotels offering restaurants and entertainment.
