Wailea Point is a stately Hawaiian Villa on the island of Oahu. From the comfort of this private, ocean-front villa, you will enjoy views of the endlessly blue Pacific Ocean and the neighboring Mokulua Islands. Wailea Point is so close to the water that you have direct access to a secluded stretch of Lanikai Beach. An island vacation has never been this tempting. 

The gated property is perched on a rocky outcropping that directly overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Wailea Point has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. For additional space during your stay, you have access to the property's separate, one-bedroom cottage. Up to 15 guests can comfortably sleep at the estate.

The villa is complemented by sprawling emerald green lawns in front and back. The artfully landscaped front lawn serves as a graceful introduction to the property. The back lawn offers gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and plenty of entertainment for guests. Indulge in the outdoor hot tub, or soak up the sun on the lawn’s lounge area. The backyard also has an outdoor bar and barbeque grill.

If you want to cool off in the ocean, a set of stone steps lead directly from the yard to the beach. Grab the villa’s snorkel equipment and boogie boards for an adventurous beach day, or simply enjoy the warm waters of the Pacific. Wailea Point has plenty of beach chairs and towels for a relaxing day on the sand. Once you are ready to head back inside, you can rinse off in the villa’s outdoor shower.

In addition to its resplendent lawns, Wailea Point also has a gorgeous covered lanai. The lanai is furnished with plenty of seating, and it features the villa’s al fresco dining area. Sit down to a delicious meal while you take in the villa’s stunning view.

The lanai seamlessly flows into the villa’s interior living space. Inside, Wailea Point has expansive windows that allow the natural light to pour inside and give guests an unimpeded view of the Hawaiian landscape. Each room’s furnishings and décor reflect a chic, but comfortable island aesthetic.

The kitchen at Wailea Point is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will have no problem creating delicious meals. The fully stocked kitchen also has a coffee bar and a wine fridge. Nothing pairs better with a Hawaiian breeze than an early morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine.

Each of the six bedrooms at Wailea Point is a luxurious space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The opulent bathroom has a separate shower and an open-air bathtub. Guests of this room have direct access to the lanai.

The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and access to the lanai. This bedroom’s en-suite bathroom features a spacious shower. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed, lanai access, and a shared bathroom. This bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub. The fourth bedroom, perfect for children, has the option for two twin-size beds or one king-size bed and a TV. Guests of this room share a bathroom with the third bedroom. The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. Guests of this bedroom have access to a bathroom down the hall. The sixth bedroom, which features a twin-size bed, is located off of the downstairs den.  In the separate cottage, you will find a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa in the living area, and two full bathrooms.

Wailea Point has plenty of amenities its guests will love. The villa has three TVs, a DVD player, a sound system, Wi-Fi, two sets of washers and dryers, a collection of books and games, portable air-conditioning units, and more.
