This newly-built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom paired resort home offers 1,653 sq. ft. of island living at it's finest. KaMilo 409 offers everything that travelers are looking for in a vacation rental with contemporary furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen and a guest-accessible 2-car garage. A highlight of this home is its great location just a short walk to the KaMilo recreation center where guests enjoy free access to the fitness center, adults-only lap pool, family pool, two hot tubs, BBQ pavilion and over an acre of grass lawns. Other amenities of the home include central air conditioning, lanai with gas BBQ and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are cozy with king size beds in both the master and second bedrooms and modern en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a small outdoor courtyard. There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms and living room, an Amazon Alexa and wifi throughout.

KaMilo at Mauna Lani is still under development and a rental of a unit (depending on location), may be subject to intermittent construction nearby in the future. South Kohala Management does not have access to the expected completion schedule for these projects nor can we guarantee that a unit will not be impacted by noise from future projects.
