Maui Royal Shores Villa
This home, with its tasteful, classic décor, evokes the bygone days of aristocratic travel, when Doris Duke made her home in the Islands and Duke Kahanamoku was surfing the waves. The crown molding and dark hardwood floors create a classic yet welcoming environment.
Starting on the outside, Maui Royal Shores Villa has an incredible tract of land, just in front of one of Maui’s favorite reefs. The sunsets on display from the home are simply incredible.
The property is gated for maximum privacy. Once inside the gates, the drive takes you to the villa compound, which is comprised of three structures: a main villa, an Ohana (guest house) and a structure containing the gym and steam room. In total, the entire living area, including lanai space, is 9,300 sq. ft.
The outdoor living at this villa is superb, with a 75’ pool that wraps around the main villa and connects the various pavilions. The landscape is punctuated with water features and lush landscaping. The pool and jacuzzi area are oriented towards the rear of the home, away from the ocean side of the property, for privacy.
The main villa has three bedroom suites, each boasting a sitting area, bedroom, en-suite bath, private lanai area and large closet. All the bedrooms offer superlative ocean views.
The fourth bedroom is located in the Ohana, which is like villa in itself, with a private entrance, kitchen, and large bedroom with en-suite bath.
The main villa's “great room” is aptly named, which merges with the dining area for an excellent entertainment space. The shared living spaces and bedrooms are strategically located on opposite ends of the property to ensure that guests can relax at will, regardless of group activities.
Meals are prepared in the fabulous kitchen, perfect for caterers and home chefs alike! All the appliances and tools you need are included.
There is also a quaint library area upstairs, offering a quiet spot to catch up on reading and take in the incredible views of the West Maui Mountains.
The Maui Royal Shores Villa is wired for sound, with the system providing soothing tunes from the lanais to the bedrooms if desired.
The third structure contains the gym, steam and rec room, along with a large garage.
