Situated on the Big Island in the Mauna Lani Terrace development, this deluxe 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo can be your Hawaiian respite.

The single-level residence features views of the development's lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. Only 20 minutes from the Kona International Airport, you can be in this Big Island vacation rental and on the beach in under an hour.

Floor Plan

As you enter the gated community, you'll immediately know why your Hawaii vacation rental is one of the most desirable floor plans at Mauna Lani Terrace. If not, the marble floors that lead to the 374 square foot living/dining area will help you realize its beauty.

Bedrooms

The master bedrooms are off the living/dining area and offer similar features. Both have king-sized beds, flat-screen televisions, ceiling fans, and closets. However, there are slight differences to these features in the main master.

The bed is one example. It's a four-poster with a pair of wrap-around curtains. Another difference is the location of the flat-screen TV. It's placed on a desk instead of a large dresser like it is in the second bedroom.

Both bedrooms have private access to covered lanais that overlook the ocean and lagoon. Each is open to the outside on two sides for 180-degree views. In addition, each lanai provides renters with a pair of chairs and an outdoor ceiling fan.

En-Suite bathrooms

Each master bedroom also contains a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. Both provide renters of the Big Island condo with marble floors, granite-top vanities, and glass-enclosed stand-up showers. The en-suite bathroom in the main master also features a deep jacuzzi-style tub.

Living/Dining area

Though a combined space, the living/dining area is large enough to not feel cramped with four or more people. The living space of this Hawaii vacation rental contains a sectional sofa, a recliner chair, side tables, and a small coffee table.

A large flat-screen TV and entertainment center with DVD are situated on a corner near the lanai. To complete the space, various pieces of art from local creators adorn the walls.

The dining area of this Big Island Condo sits next to the open kitchen. Its small table and chairs, accented with bamboo, comfortably seats four.

You are able to access the covered lanai directly from the living/dining area. The largest of the outdoor spaces features ceiling fans, a glass-top dining table that seats four, and a wet bar. Renters can take in a 19-foot long view of the lagoon and ocean from this space.

Kitchen

Like the bathrooms in this Big Island vacation rental, the fully-equipped kitchen also features several upgrades. In addition to the marble floors, all major appliances have been replaced by stainless steel models.

The L-shaped kitchen also contains a built-in, four-burner stove top within the granite countertop. A sink with high-neck faucet and a built-in double stove are also featured. For extra seating, the kitchen offers a small bar area that seats two.

Additional amenities

In addition to the areas already mentioned, this Big Island condo is wireless-ready for smart phones and other devices. Furthermore, central AC and an in-residence washer & dryer are also offered as standards.

Outdoor activities

Beyond the views from the lanai, residents of the Big Island vacation rental have access to other outdoor activities via the Beach Club at Mauna Lani Terrace. This area features a community BBQ space, hot tub, and swimming pool that overlooks the ocean.
