Upon entering this vacation villa you will appreciate the charming accents of Mexico while the modern furnishings offer a relaxing environment.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with water purification system and granite countertops, the perfect place to prepare home-cooked cuisine. There are also ten Satellite TV’s throughout, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning workout in the fitness room, or bond with the family during movie night in the theatre room or with a friendly game of cards at the game table.  

The spacious terrace features 2,500 square feat of living space and boasts a shaded palapa, fire-pit, and chaise lounge chairs offering an outdoor paradise! The infinity pool and Jacuzzi will undoubtedly be the guest favorite and offers stunning views of the ocean! Take advantage of the gas BBQ and sip on fresh margaritas while you grill and enjoy your luxury lifestyle!  

The villa’s bedrooms each feature fantastic ocean views, balconies, and private baths. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee while looking out onto the ocean or watch the sunset over the water.  The first three guest suites each feature a king-size bed and private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs. The fourth guest suite offers a king-size bed and the fifth bedroom features two queen-size beds.   

A stay at Villa Del Mar Cabo comes with housecleaning service, Monday through Saturday (NB: cleaning staff do not work on Mexican Holidays).    

The Pedregal neighborhood features cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options. Guests will find excellent swimming at Mèdano Beach, less than a mile away. On the Pacific side of Pedregal there are stunning ocean views and the beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific is perfect for sunbathing and beach-combing.
