There is a media room with a full kitchenette, half bath, and steam shower located steps from your large infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi.
This five-star property is located in the guard-gated community of Punta Ballena. Situated a short five min walk to the beach and beach club and a ten min walk to Esperanza where you can enjoy a nice lunch or visit their award-winning spa. The dining room with ocean view features a beautifully hand-carved table for ten persons and a bar that seats four. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and a breakfast bar that seats five.
The 2000 square foot patio has eight lounge chairs for relaxing poolside, a dining room table that seats six, and a swim-up pool bar that seats four.
