This floor also features a ski room, a fitness room, a children’s playroom, and access to a spectacular covered patio with outdoor furniture, a hot tub, 2 outdoor gas fireplaces, a gas grill, and lovely vistas!

The main floor features a bedroom with 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed and 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed that can sleep 4—making it perfect for children. And this room is equipped with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV that will keep them entertained! A private en-suite bath with a standing shower is just off the bedroom.

The top floor of Ski Palace features an expansive living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room, along with an abundance of windows with views that will take your breath away. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space—making it ideal for those that enjoy cooking for their family and friends. Guests can enjoy their meals at the 14-seat dining table in the dining room or at the 4-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen. The stylish living room is located adjacent to the dining area. It features a gas fireplace, 2 comfortable sofas, 1 armchair, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with outdoor furniture.

The top floor of the home has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a 2-person standing shower, and a separate tub with views. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, a separate 2-person shower, a jetted tub, and a dual vanity. The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed, an en-suite bath, a separate 2-person shower, a jetted tub, and a double vanity.

Ski Palace also has an apartment above the garage with a well-equipped kitchen, a living area, and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
