Our Breckenridge vacation homes are diverse, from ski in ski out to large lodges tucked away in the woods. Renting an Exotic Estates Breckenridge home ensures your stay will be uniquely yours and that great memories will be made and shared around the living room fireplace as well as on the slopes!

Ski Homes with Private Hot Tubs & Fire Pits

You can look forward to a full suite of amenities. Many of our homes feature private hot tubs, outdoor fire pits, and spacious recreation rooms. All of our homes come complete with Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry facilities, and plenty of parking spaces. In addition to these amenities, each of our Breckenridge ski homes is also ideally located – depending on what you’re looking. After you have spent the day in town, on the slopes, or just relaxing at the vacation home, you will be able to enjoy the comfort of your own bedroom. Each Breckenridge vacation home has multiple bedrooms with beautiful, comfortable linens and bedding. Many of these bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms. Sink into a jetted bathtub, or rinse off in a spacious, walk-in shower.

Do You Want Stellar or Standard?

Hotels and resorts have much to offer their guests, but they begin to pale in comparison to private vacation homes. A vacation home offers you a completely personalized experience without the “nickel and diming” that one experiences in a hotel. Instead of struggling to stick to a hotel or resort timetable, and paying absurd amounts for wine and cocktails, the entire vacation home will run on your schedule and have your favorite foods and beverages at the ready. After all, isn’t relaxing at your own pace what vacation is all about? At one of our Breckenridge homes, you have luxury of choosing your own meals and mealtimes and exactly what amenities you want at your fingertips. Choose to create your own vacation experience instead of accepting the standard options.

Our collection of Breckenridge homes may be overwhelming, one vacation home as gorgeous as the next. That is why we have Villa Specialists at the ready. Whether you are looking for somewhere private with a great view or somewhere central with easy access to Breckenridge’s activities, one of our Specialists will help you look through all the options to find just the right vacation home for you.

Discovering Breckenridge

Breckenridge was founded in 1859 amidst the famous Gold Rush of the Old West. While the gold eventually ran out, the town remained. Over the years, Breckenridge has accumulated a rich history and culture that attracts thousands of visitors every year. Today, you can shop this mountain town’s boutiques, dine at its excellent restaurants, immerse yourself in its history, and, of course, ski its unbeatable slopes.

The town rests more than 9,000 feet above sea level. While there are more than 2,000 acres of developed land, Breckenridge has not forgotten its wilderness roots. The town also has more than 1,000 acres of undeveloped land, which allows visitors to easily connect with the natural beauty of Colorado.

Breckenridge Rental Neighborhoods

Breckenridge has more than 30 different neighborhoods within its seven-mile by two-mile area. Each of these beautiful neighborhoods has its own unique atmosphere. Exotic Estates has vacation homes located in many of the town’s most desirable neighborhoods, including Boulder Ridge, Peak 7, and Western Sky Ranch.

Boulder Ridge, located just a mile away from downtown, is situated at the base of Tenmile Range’s Peak 8. The neighborhood features mountain-view custom-built vacation homes. Boulder Ridge has easy access to nearby trails and the ski slopes.

The Peak 7 neighborhood is also located at the base of Tenmile Range. The neighborhood also has the gorgeous advantage of being located near a national forest. Exotic Estates rental homes in Peak 7 are within walking distance of the town’s gondola and shuttles.

The alpine neighborhood of Western Sky Ranch is a slightly more remote spot – it sits a little more than two miles away from downtown Breckenridge. Homes in this neighborhood have supreme privacy due to the large, wooded properties.

Denver to Breckenridge, Colorado

It takes about an hour and a half to drive the 80 miles from Denver to Breckenridge. It is a slightly shorter drive to cover the 72 miles from Eagle-Vail Airport. Visitors can rent a car to reach their vacation home or take advantage of the Breckenridge Airport Shuttle. The shuttle runs throughout the year.

Skiing in Breckenridge

Breckenridge draws visitors during every season, but the peerless mountain slopes draw skiers during the winter months. You can expect a chilly paradise with average winter temperatures in the high 20s (Fahrenheit). With approximately 300 inches of annual snowfall, the slopes will always be blanketed in Colorado’s famous perfect, powdery snow during peak ski season.

Breckenridge Ski Resort is the center of the town’s recreational skiing activity. The town’s base elevation of 9,600 feet rises to a summit elevation of 12,998 feet. The resort’s more than 30 lifts whisk skiers up to the peak of their choice.

Breckenridge’s ski slopes are a balanced blend of beginner, intermediate, advanced, and expert. Winter sport enthusiasts can cruise or rush down Peaks 6 through 10. Peak 8 is a great spot for new skiers to try out their fledgling skills. If you are looking for a little more of a challenge, Peak 7 and Peak 9 offer an array of intermediate runs. Skiers itching to try out a black diamond run will also find Peak 9 to be the perfect fit. Peaks 7, 8, and 9 also have double black diamond runs for the most seasoned skiers.

Challenge yourself with the seven-mile Mohawk Lake trail, or take it easy on the scenic, three-mile Hoosier Pass Loop trail. You can also enjoy mountain biking during the warmer weather.

Summer Activities

The warmest months of the year mean you can ditch the parka and put on your flip flops. Summer in Breckenridge means rafting and fishing on the Blue River. You can also break out your golf clubs and play the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Course. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, you will love zip lining through White River National Forest. Breckenridge’s hiking and biking trails are also ripe for exploration during the summer.

Fall Activities

When the temperatures begin to cool, the changing leaves will turn Breckenridge into a kaleidoscope of color. Take a scenic drive through the oranges, reds, and yellows of the forest. You can also hike and bike through the colorful landscape. During the fall, Breckenridge hosts a number of festivals including the Breckenridge International Arts Festival in August, Breckenridge Oktoberfest in September, and the Annual Breckenridge Film Fest in September.
