Just had to write something about this place... I work in profession with non stop travel so we stay in a-lot of different places. Spruce ledge was our year end holiday and I cant say one bad thing about this property! Location, amenities, cosiness everything was TOP. The dishwasher broke and fridge slammed a-lot but thats very minor stuff. Such a good stay

You can't beat the location and views! We loved our stay. Just a heads up to guests staying and the management company. A fully stocked kitchen with zip-lock bags, spices, aluminum foil, etc would go a long way, there also weren't ample paper towels or trash bags for a week's stay. It's a luxury home why skimp and try to save $5. Also, the dehumidifiers didn't work correctly. It took two days to get one delivered for the kids rooms. If you've been to Breck you know how dry it is.

The property was very clean! The location was perfect! We went in the fall. But for those that ski, it’s perfect and right near the gondola.
