Enjoy a memorable Cabo San Lucas getaway at this cheery ocean-view vacation villa. The Cabo Sun and Moon Villa, or Villa Sol y Luna, is located in the gated community of Pedregal. The villa features four bedrooms and accommodates eight adults and six children.
Inside, this villa has central air conditioning and offers Mexican-inspired décor that will have guests feeling the like it’s fiesta time from the moment they arrive!
The home is newly remodeled, including the kitchen. Guests will love the large kitchen that features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar and tiled flooring. Fully equipped, it has hall the appliances you need to make delicious dinners with the bounty of local seafood and veges.
The entire family can dine together on the six-person dining table, and the outdoor gas BBQ is great for grilling fresh fish from the local market. The kitchen opens up to the living room, which is a great place to take a break from the sun and enjoy the Satellite TV, and the DVD or Bluray player.
With two levels and four bedrooms, all guests will enjoy privacy in this spacious home. Each bedroom features a private bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and ocean view. The second and third guest suites each feature a king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed, while the fourth suite is accessed via a separate entrance and, and offers a king-size bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional accommodation.
Other indoor amenities include a water purification system, ceiling fans, a Vonage telephone system, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Guests will also enjoy housekeeping service once per week (NB: housekeeping staff does not work on Mexican holidays).
The back patio is everything you have dreamed of for your Cabo vacation, and features over 9,000 square feet of leisure space! Enjoy stunning views of the Cabo coast as well as a superlative perch from which to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Guests will certainly enjoy the gorgeous swimming pool and the Jacuzzi that can fit up to six people. The Cabo Sun and Moon Villa is located only five minutes from the beach and is a quarter mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The Pedregal neighborhood features cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options. Guests will find excellent swimming at nearby Mèdano Beach. On the Pacific side of Pedregal, there are stunning ocean views, and the beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific is perfect for sunbathing and beachcombing.

It is close to downtown and to the night life in Cabo. Terri and the staff from Pedregal were extremely helpful.

We were a group of 10 women. The place was as expected from the pictures and really enjoyed the pool and ocean view which is exactly as shown in the pictures. The interior was not new but clean, cozy and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer for towels and wet clothes was a major plus for 10 girls. There were some maintenance issues that came up during our trip that put a dent in our plans but the host did a good job trying to resolve them. Overall our group enjoyed our stay. Few tips for guests: To call a cab you'll need to contact the gate and they will send one up. Standard price is $4/person regardless of where you are going (in cabo), we were able to negotiate on a good price each time since we were a big group.

The house was excellent! Customer service from the staff was quick and professional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay at the house again if we have the opportunity to return!

This house was perfect for a large group! We had 12 people in our group and it slept all of us comfortably. The home is very nice, and the pool/view are awesome. Very easy access into the heart of Cabo and a short (but sleep) walk to the beach. Each bedroom had a large en suite bathroom, which was nice. We used the food delivery service arranged by the concierge and the house was fully stocked with food and drinks when we arrived. We also used the recommended shuttle service for a few of our excursions and our driver, Vincent, was wonderful. Security in the neighborhood was tight, so we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this home to a large group, or several families. If you plan to use the pull-out sofas for sleeping in the bedrooms, make sure you request that the extra bedding be set out in each bedroom when you arrive. We had to search the whole house for the extra bedding for the sofa beds. All in all, it was a great stay
