Prospect Falls Telluride Lodge looks like a rustic wood cabin with a natural wood exterior and walls, but it elevates the traditional cabin aesthetic to something modern and luxurious.

This four-level home features 4,021 square feet of living space that can host up to 10 guests. Bring the whole family, or plan a big couples’ retreat. This comfortable Telluride vacation home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half bathroom.  

This mountain home has plenty of private outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. Off of the living room, you will find a large balcony through a pair of large glass doors. On the first lower level, you will find a second balcony located off of one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor, you can step outside onto the private patio and soak in the warm waters of the home’s hot tub.  

Inside, you will find plenty of shared living space to enjoy with your group. The living room on the main floor has a vaulted ceiling, a large fireplace set in a stone wall, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of seating space. On the first lower level, you will find a large den with leather armchairs, a futon, and a flat screen TV. On the ground floor, you can start a games tournament. The second lower level has a seating area, a pool table, a ping pong table, a flat screen TV, and an Xbox gaming system. If you need a quiet place to relax, head up to the upper level loft, which has seating and a desk.   

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are located on the main level, right next to the living room. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, soapstone countertops, and modern appliances from Viking. Cooking in this kitchen will be a true pleasure for the chef in your group. When you are ready to eat, the long, wood dining table has seats for six guests. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seats for three guests.  

The master bedroom at Prospect Fall is located on the upper level. This room features a king-size bed and a separate seating area, perfect for couples. The seating area has a potbelly stove, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Guests of this room also have access to a beautiful en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanity sinks, a steam shower, and a deep bathtub.  

The townhome’s next two bedrooms are located on the first lower level. Each bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into two twin-size beds. One bedroom’s en-suite bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, while the other en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor. This room has a total of four full-size beds (two bunk beds).  

Prospect Falls Telluride Lodge is fully stocked with the modern amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The townhome has on-site laundry and a large garage. Plus, the home’s convenient location places you within walking distances of the ski slopes and the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village.
