The interiors at Sweet Spot are brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the lovely sea view. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have flat-screen TVs. However, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family and children's programming plus several music stations.
The large lawn is trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees, and stately coconut palms. The lawn is a great playground for children ... or merely enjoying the shade of the beautiful Cassia Fistula tree with its beautiful cascading bunches of yellow flowers.
Beyond the lawn is the 10,000-square-foot beach (not a private beach), clear water, and an excellent reef just 50 feet offshore. Sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and 2 paddle boards are complimentary. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue ... with chicken, ribs, chops, fish, or lobster ... or a nighttime bonfire on the beach.
