    We loved the home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The home was beautiful and sparkling clean, we felt very safe even in the midst of the COVID pandemic. The view was spectacular and the home has everything we needed. There were even toys and games available. My grandson LOVED the wooden train set! I think that was his favorite part of the trip. The location was great, just a short drive to Main Street and all of the fun of Breckenridge. Also close to hiking, biking, etc. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

    We rented this home for a family gathering. We had folks from 5 months old to 55 and everyone absolutely loved the house. The location was extremely convenient and we lived how the house wasn't full of collectibles ant decorations that would be in jeopardy with youngsters in the group. Very open and spacious with comfortable beds for everyone. The large deck overlooking BRECKENRIDGE was a real treat. Quiet neighborhood with a large bull moose grazing in the yard 2 days of our stay ! Can't wait to return to this home.

    We were a group of friends that are spread out throughout the US coming together for some downtime. The house is great. It was very clean so we felt safe in the middle of a pandemic. We cooked in each day and the kitchen was well equipped for it. The views of the mountains were perfect and it was a quick drive into town. Communication with the management company was the best I’ve ever experienced. My only cons would be that we could not find the referenced binder to help us with the radiant heating or turning on the gas fireplace outside, which would have been nice on the cold evenings (and neither were part of the online instructions provided by the management company). But these cons would not prevent me from renting this house again. I’d also suggest that the management company/owners look at the frame of the bed in the owner’s suite. The head of the bed is slanted below the foot of the bed so it was a bit difficult to sleep soundly. Even with that, I would highly recommend this house for large groups or families.

    We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this very large and beautiful
    house. Our group consisted of 8 people total, 4 children and 4 adults.
    We had more than enough space and the place could easily have housed
    several more people comfortably. Every room was spacious and lovely.
    We visited in the Fall when the Aspens were changing, and the view
    going up and down the hill to get to the home was absolutely stunning.
    We were pleasantly surprised with how quick the drive to downtown
    Breckenridge was as it took only about 5 minutes or so to get down
    there. I can speak for everyone in our family when I say that we were
    sad to go! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to
    stay in the area.

    My Family loved this beautiful home located in the perfect spot of
    Breckenridge Colorado. There was Plenty of space and the home was
    beautifully decorated. We were never on top of each other! The
    basement was like an entire apartment that was perfect for my daughter
    and son in law and their 2 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and
    enjoyed the pool table and games as well. The Kitchen was absolutely
    beautiful!!! Sooo much room to cook! The driveway was kept clear of
    excessive snow and it was like 2 minutes from town. LOVED THIS HOME!!!

    We had a group of 12 and this was the perfect house for our trip. The
    owners have done an amazing job with the renovation, making the space
    open and well laid out. The management team was quick to respond. We
    rent homes for group trips like this many times a year and this is one
    of the most well stocked (i.e. humidifiers, towels, every kitchen item
    you could want including serving platters) we have ever seen. We would
    absolutely stay here again.

    We host an annual family ski trip. This year was the best ever. Our
    party size was 8 people. Everyone had their own bedroom. The amenities
    were nice. The house has views of the ski area, especially Peak 6. Had
    some trouble with heating in upstairs guest bedroom. Not enough to
    spoil things. The house is a short drive to the Gondola and downtown.
    Overall, a very good experience.

    214 Highlands Drive in Breckenridge was the perfect home for 10 guests
    during our ski trip. We had everything we needed to be comfortable.
    The home was huge, very clean and totally updated. The pool table,
    foosball and games were a hit with everyone! The views of the slopes
    were amazing and being less than two miles to town was perfect.

    My husband and I, our our adult sons and significant others spent 5
    glorious nights in this beautiful home with amazing Mountain View’s.
    We had traveled from New York to a family wedding in Denver and
    decided to extend our vacation in Breckenridge. The house provided the
    perfect place to relax from our day activities of hiking, biking, and
    white water rafting. We all had our own bedrooms with private
    bathrooms which was a great plus. The kitchen is modern and fully
    equipped. We ate most of our dinners at home, taking advantage of the
    gas bbq. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking! A short 5 minute
    drive takes you to beautiful downtown Breckenridge, where we loved the
    shops and pubs. Check in and char know out was a breeze! We highly
    recommend this home. I can imagine how amazing it would be to
    experience in the winter for skiing. It’s the perfect house for a
    few families to share as well.

    We had a wonderful stay, the neighborhood was beautiful and close to
    town. The house was clean and large. Plenty of space for family and
    entertainment. The only concern we had is that the basement was
    overwhelming embedded with cigarette smoke smell. It wasnt new from
    the previous renters it was apparent that the smell was embedded into
    the walls. It made it hard for those of us who are not smokers to
    spend time down there. We tried airing it out with no reprieve. I do
    feel like this should be listed even if the rental space is a non
    smoking house it is obvious that it use to be
