Travel Agent Commission Program

Commission varies from home to home, and will range from 5 – 15% percent.* Sometimes there may be commission bonuses for specific homes, therefore we recommend that you register for our EEI Agent Newsletter to be kept abreast of all promotional opportunities. Commission is paid on base rental fees collected, exclusive of taxes and fees. 

In advance of your commission/referral payment due date, our Accounting Department will reach out for your/your agency's ACH Banking Details and W-9. All referral commissions are fully disbursed within 30 days of guest departure.

Payment schedules are dictated on a per-property basis, and generally consist of a deposit upfront and balance due anywhere from 30-120 days in advance of arrival. We accept payment by credit card, eCheck, or Wire Transfer.

Sometimes. Very often, a credit card will be held on file in lieu of a cash deposit to cover any damages. However, some ultra-luxury homes will require a cash security deposit, which is returned within 30 days after guest check-out, pending there are no damages found during the post-stay villa inspection. We also strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Yes, we offer both Trip Insurance and Accidental Damage Insurance policies with our reservations. Depending on the home, Accidental Damage Insurance may be included with the reservation costs automatically, while others offer this option in lieu of or in addition to a prepaid security deposit.

Cancellations after booking will result in the forfeiture of all monies submitted to Exotic Estates, hence we strongly recommend that travelers purchase trip insurance to mitigate the risk of cancellation.
