This private estate home is nestled in the exclusive Fairways South residential community, offers 4-bedrooms and 3,470 square feet of interior living space. From the privacy of this beautiful home, witness the sun dip below the horizon and the sky fill with colors evening after evening. After dark, observe the milky way, constellations and the splendid silence of being far from any city. During whale season (December-April), you may even see water splashes from a breach or a tail slap. The outdoor sanctuary of this estate invites you to soak in a private pool naturally warmed by the sun, indulge in a hot tub, and relish the privacy and grassy expanse beyond the pool deck, shaded by mature trees.

We provide boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and more to assure your adventures on and off property are thoroughly equipped! A Pack N' Play travel crib is included in your rental and a child safety fence can be erected around the private pool by request (set-up fee applies). Pack light! The laundry room off the kitchen has an oversized washer and dryer, laundry sink and folding area.

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Guests wishing to receive amenities access and charging privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Resort may opt-in to pay an additional $240 per day to the resort. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change anytime. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Resort Management maintain absolute control of establishing and administering resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays.

• Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to all stays of 14 days or longer.

Please note, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Resort is undergoing a phased renovation through mid-2025. As a result, guests may notice changes in availability of certain amenities and activities during that time. 

• Mauna Kea Main Tower: Closed from 4/15-11/20/2024
• Dining: The Westin Hapuna will maintain its usual operations, offering four dining options. Mauna Kea Resort's dining venues, aside from Restaurant #3, will remain open with occasional closures, offering guests one breakfast, one lunch, and two dinner options daily.
• Pools: Access at The Westin Hapuna remains unchanged. Mauna Kea Resort pool will be worked on in 2025.
• Beaches: Mauna Kea Beach operations continue as normal.
• Fitness Centers: Mauna Kea's center remains open until the new one is ready; The Hapuna Fitness Center is available.
• Golf Courses: The Westin Hapuna Golf Course operates as usual; Mauna Kea Course closed from April 15 to November 15, 2024.
• Tennis: No changes to tennis.
• Spa Services: The Hapana Spa by Mandara operates as usual, while Mauna Kea Spa closes on April 15, 2024.
