The floor is carpeted in neutral tones and has a seating corner where you can relax and enjoy views of the ocean and landscaped grounds. An angled TV nook is stacked with reading material and highlights a flat-screen, HD TV with cable and satellite channels. Modern art decorates the bedroom walls, and a small computer desk is located close to the entrance of the en-suite bathroom, which has a ceramic tiled floor and consists of a fully tiled shower, double, modern vanity, and stylish bath.

2026 Mauna Kea Resort Access Fees:
- Studio/1 bedroom = $75/day (+ tax) base rate, $115/day (+ tax) peak rate
- 2 Bedroom = $150/day (+ tax) base rate, $225/day (+ tax) peak rate
- 3 Bedroom = $225/day (+ tax) base rate, $330/day (+ tax) peak rate
- 4+ Bedroom = $300/day (+ tax) base rate, $450/day (+ tax) peak rate

All guests aged 14 and over MUST be registered with the resort at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. A resort registration form is sent to the guest as an attachment to the SL welcome email document after their booking is complete and must be filled out and returned BY THE GUEST to the resort.

- Guests may OPT OUT if they wish and not pay the residential resort fee. Guests will have to OPT OUT the entire time. You can not Opt in for part of the stay.
- If guests OPT OUT, their resort amenities access will be severely limited:
- They do still have access to dining reservations and spa/salon appointments
- They do still have access to Golf, but Must Pay Public Rate and Valet Park (cannot park at the clubhouse)
- No access to the Mauna Kea or Hapuna Prince Beach Chaises/Cabanas/Towel Service (both beaches are open to the public however, so they can go to the beach and bring their own towels/beach chairs)
- No Access to Tennis
- No Access to Fitness Centers
- But they can buy day or week pass at Hapuna Fitness Center to attend classes and use equipment (not at Mauna Kea)
- Can attend beachside yoga classes at MK
- No Keiki (children’s) activities
- No cultural activities
- No Guest Parking (valet or public beach only)
- No Charging Privileges
