The Anini Vista Drive Estate is a gorgeous Kauai vacation rental located on the North Shore of the island, sitting just above Anini Beach. The Estate offers a total of five bedrooms and five and a half baths: two master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one master suite with king and queen-size bed and en-suite bath, two guest suites with queen-sized beds and shared bath. There is an office that has a queen bed and can be used as an additional sleeping.


Probably its most stunning and unique feature is the massive 90,000 gallon, 84' salt-water-lagoon-style pool and spa. This private "water park" comes complete with a waterfall. 

The Estate offers incredible views of the blue Pacific ocean and lush Kauai foliage.  There is a home theater, professional chef's kitchen and Wi-Fi. It boasts panoramic ocean views and sits along Kauai's famed Anini Beach. Enjoy windsurfing, snorkeling and true relaxation on your paradise vacation.

The estate at Anini Vista Drive far exceeded our hopes and dreams. The beauty that surrounded the estate was exquisite and a feast for the eyes. The home itself was immaculate and obviously well cared for. The hosts were such a delight to deal with and were responsive to our every need. Even the caretakers were always desirous of making sure the grounds were impeccable without disturbing our time together. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We had occasion to renew our wedding vows after some 47 years at a nearby beach and knowing we had such a peaceful, beautiful location made the event all the more memorable....and the pool...no words to describe how beautiful it was....trip of a lifetime. Thank you to Jennifer who provided a level of expertise seldom seen. Well done!

My sisters and their families as well as me and my two kids stayed here last week. Our mother's family is from Kauai, so we've visited the island many times throughout our lives. We had a wonderful time and thought the house was very comfortable. Anini is very convenient to Hanalei and the Foodland grocery in Princeville. We spent some time at Poipu on the South side for boogie boarding and it's a little bit of a drive, but you can always make stops in Lihue for Costco or WalMart or Kapaa for dinner. Warning- the nearest Starbucks is in Kapaa.. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be recommending to friends!
