Please note that the primary suite does not have a door that locks, and the adjacent den/lounge area is open, featuring twin beds for additional sleeping space.

Downstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with access to a full bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, a cozy junior suite provides a full-sized bed for extra sleeping arrangements, making this home versatile for families or groups.

This property does NOT have air conditioning in the living room or dining room. AC split systems are ONLY in the BEDROOMS.
Garage is NOT available. Parking is available on the driveway only.

Please be advised that the pool is not heated. Kindly ask us if pool heat is available and if available, pool heat must be requested prior to arrival and will incur a daily charge.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
