This estate provides three spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed with the other two offering a queen-size bed each; all include en-suite baths. The master bedroom boasts its own private lanai, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, as well as a wet bar. There is also a sleeper sofa in the media room that can be closed off with a sliding door to allow for more guests.
There is a gourmet kitchen, which is perfect for socializing while preparing meals, and a flowing dining and living room area.
With approximately 3,600 square feet of indoor living space and 2,400 square feet of outdoor lanai space, there is plenty of room for relaxation. You can relax the day away in the infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa, and enjoy breathtaking views of the slopes of coffee trees, enchanting Hawaiian sunsets and the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean.

- Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise shall not unnecessarily disturb neighbors. Audible sound beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would otherwise be associated with a residential area.

Shannon worked with me through the contracting process and as our vacation got closer, she introduced me to Sarah our Concierge. Sarah was so helpful. She made recommendations and booked multiple restaurant reservations. Prior to each reservation she checked to confirm with the restaurant then texted or called us with a reminder. Throughout our vacation she was available to us. She recommended everything from where to rent snorkeling equipment to where to buy fish and meat for our family BBQs. Throughout our vacation she was always in the background and available to answer questions, make suggestions or arrange for reservations.
Finally, the home we rented was one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed. In short, the pictures did not do it justice. Every room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The views from each of the bedrooms was amazing and at night the sky was filled with stars.
Our family has done several family vacations and I have to say that thanks to Exotic Estates, this was one of the best.
