Sunset is a charming five-bedroom villa (beach house + cottage) on a fabulous site: a double lot absolutely on the edge of the beach and the sea. The wide blue all-day view is topped off by a sunset sky and a stunning nighttime view of the sparkling lights of the town of Montego Bay 12 miles across the sea.
Breathtaking vistas of Montego Bay and Jamaica’s spectacular coastline greet guests from all areas of the villa and the private beach and proximity to the championship golf course make for an unrivaled location.
Sunset features contemporary Caribbean architecture with a single-level floor plan and a sophisticated beach house ambiance. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned with private en suite bathrooms with shower and tub. The large sea and pool-facing master bedroom have twin beds that convert to a king and the two sea-facing guest rooms are fitted with twin beds which may also be combined as kings if required. A further two bedrooms were added in 2016 and are in an ocean-facing cottage with views across the sea to Montego Bay. All of the villa bathrooms were also upgraded in 2016 with four of the bathrooms gaining an outside shower.
The very spacious and brightly decorated living room opens onto a fabulous view of the sea. It has a wet bar, cable television, and CD/DVD player. Doors lead out to the veranda and the perimeter overflow pool beyond with lap lane, Baha ledge, and hot tub.
Dining can be indoors or outside, right beside the ocean or on the veranda.
Temporary Tryall Membership Dues
All villa guests are required to register for a Temporary Membership during their stay. Current rates are US$170 per person (16+) per week, or US$34 per person per day for stays under 7 days (plus 15% service charge). Children 13–15 receive a 50% discount; children 12 and under are complimentary. Fees are payable directly to the Club upon arrival.
All inclusive staffing in Jamaica enhances the value of a fully serviced villa stay by ensuring exceptional, personalized service while simplifying the guest experience. Villa staff, including a trained chef, cater to your unique needs and preferences during your stay. It is customary that guests in Jamaica remit staff gratuity for their villa stay. Recommended gratuity ranges from 10% of the total nightly rents (exclusive of taxes and fees) during the high season (December to April) to 15% during the low season, ensuring fair compensation for the highly skilled staff. Gratuity can be paid in US or Jamaican dollars.
Unlike other destinations where staff services are arranged and charged separately, often at a high hourly rate excluding gratuity, Jamaica’s all-inclusive staff system streamlines the process allowing guests to enjoy top-quality service with ease.
