On the main level, the open living room is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans and has a convivial sitting area, as well as the modern kitchen and breakfast island. It opens onto a rear terrace with a large dining table that extends out to the pool area, which has lounge chairs, a daybed, and sunset-view barstools in the sun. The second terrace, in front of the villa, is shaded and has ample seating.

At one side of the living room, the master bedroom has large dressing area, an ensuite bathroom, and a king bed. The other three are downstairs. These lower bedrooms can all be accessed from inside, one after another, but they also have private entrances from a shared lower, covered terrace. Bedroom 2 (which has a king bed) and bedroom 3 (which has two twin beds that can be converted into a king) share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
