All of the house is on one level, which makes it easy to live in. From the parking area, the entrance takes you into the living area and kitchen, which share a single, gracious space. The kitchen is clad in white marble and outfitted with top-quality appliances, a cooking island, and a breakfast bar.

Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned. At the same time, the outdoor spaces are a breezy extension of the living areas. There is a covered sitting area with the dining table, and the pool and terrace are warmed by the sun. The lounge chairs around the pool are a pleasant perch for enjoying the views.
