Le Praz is less than a minute’s walk from all of Mountain Village’s amenities – guests can ski right out the door. The kid’s ski school and the shops and restaurants of the village core are only steps away. This is luxury, lazy vacationing at its very finest! The main entry from street level leads guests to the third floor, which features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has top of the line appliances from Wolf, Sub Zero and Asco, as well as a high-end Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. There is a large dining table with seating for up to 12 as well as bar seating for four. The lounge area has a gloriously inviting L shaped sofa, with a gas fireplace and magnificent views to the west. On this main level there is also a suite with king bed and en suite bathroom with glass shower. | The master suite occupies the entire top floor of the home (the fifth floor). A king size bed awaits sleepy ski legs, right after guests unwind in the huge master tub or steam shower. The master suite has a flat screen TV with Blu-ray disc player in the bedroom and a mounted flat screen TV the bathroom, as well as a fireplace in the bedroom and two walk in closets, one with a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a private patio with two chairs. A VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor, and it is every bit as luxurious as the master suite. This suite has two double beds and a spacious en suite bathroom with two basins, a large glass shower and a separate soaking tub, and flat screen TVs in both the bedroom and bathroom. There is also a private patio through French doors on this floor. On the second floor, beneath the main living and kitchen area, is another king bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and flat screen TV. There is also a library with a queen sofa bed and bathroom with glass shower and dual sinks. The library can be a fantastic chill out area for the kids after a big day of skiing, or it can be an extra sleeping room. It also boasts a private patio with seating. There is a huge flat screen TV and gas fireplace in the library. The laundry room and hot tub is also on this level. On the ground floor, there is a wet bar, as well as the ski room, a home theatre, and a kids bunk room. The ski room has direct access to Lift 1, as well as benches, boot warmers and ski storage. The bunk room is the ultimate playground – there are two sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. There is also a flat screen TV and a Nintendo Wii for the kids to enjoy! The home theatre is an impressive addition to this property. With 12 leather recliners, an extensive movie library and cozy cushions and blankets, this is the ultimate wind down after a day in the mountains.
