Guests have access to the world-class amenities of Hualalai Resort, but a resort fee, not included in the villa rental, is charged daily. The fees grant access to the pools, spa, golf course, and other world-class facilities of the resort. Resort fees are not required to book this home vacation rental but are required to use the facilities of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the evening resort guest fee per person, plus tax, fluctuates with the season and is between $75 and $230. Those who wish to come to the resort must book a minimum of two consecutive nights, and the entire family must take part. These fees are paid to the resort, a third-party entity to our company and with complete authority over all aspects of resort entry, such as account charges, restaurant reservations, and resort rules.
