Perfect location for a family getaway. The home had three good bedrooms plus queen and twin pull out couches. Kitchen was completely stocked and had more appliances than I knew what to do with. The swimming pool is small but kept my 12, 9 and six-year-old adequately entertained. The house comes with a key card to the Napua beach house, that gets you parking very close to the beach so it was super easy to take the family to the beach for the day! Beach chairs, snorkels, flippers and umbrellas in the garage for your use!

We had the best time at Mauna Lani Kamilo 311. We have stayed in the community a couple of times, but this house stood out! It had everything a family could need or want, and the Property Manager was very helpful throughout our stay. We plan to come back soon!

My wife and I, together with close friends, chose to stay at this exceptional property on the Big Island. First, the Ka Milo development is an excellent property with two large community pools, one used for community purposes, the other designed for adults and is considered a lap pool. Large covered seating area with extremely comfortable chairs with deep cushions, available BBQ grills and a large jacuzzi. All kept very clean and easily accessible from anywhere on the property. Now, on to the home itself – WOW! Two levels with high quality furnishings throughout, including welcoming sofas, chairs and ottomans. Exceptional gourmet kitchen with a large marble island, with bar stool seating, complimented by high-quality dishes, glassware and multiple appliance options. Very nice working desk with included HP printer and the fastest internet speeds keeps you connected and productive as needed. Both the upstairs lanai with dining table, chairs and separate deep-set cushions and accompanying footstools allow for ultimate relaxation as you look directly onto the well-manicured golf course (very compelling par 3) and the peek-a-boo view of the ocean, together with nice tropical breezes make for a relaxing stay. Lower outside lanai is large with four loungers together with another pair of comfortable chairs, ottomans and side tables compliment your own personal pool, jacuzzi with a waterfall and outstanding landscaping. All of the bedrooms have large screen high-definition flat screen TV’s which offer clear, crisp viewing when needed. All beds have comfortable, high-quality mattresses and top-end pillows and sheets. Don’t forget the key-card access to the private beach which has waiting chairs, well protected bay and some of the best snorkeling options in Mauna Lani. Highly recommend considering this property for your next Big Island vacation. We plan to return again in the near future. Aloha!!
