The residence is just a five-ten minute stroll from the renowned Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, the iconic Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, and it’s famous beach beyond. For an additional daily fee, guests may enjoy exclusive resort charging privileges and access to the world-class amenities of both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort. Use privileges include all pools and pristine white sand beaches, 2 championship golf courses, a nationally ranked oceanfront tennis and pickleball facility, multiple swimming pools, exceptional dining, a luxurious spa, boutique shopping, and a variety of activities to enhance your stay.

2026 Mauna Kea Resort Access Fees:
- Studio/1 bedroom = $75/day (+ tax) base rate, $115/day (+ tax) peak rate
- 2 Bedroom = $150/day (+ tax) base rate, $225/day (+ tax) peak rate
- 3 Bedroom = $225/day (+ tax) base rate, $330/day (+ tax) peak rate
- 4+ Bedroom = $300/day (+ tax) base rate, $450/day (+ tax) peak rate
Peak Rate Periods:
The following dates will incur peak rates, base rates apply outside of these periods:
Spring Break: 03/21/26 - 04/11/26
Thanksgiving: 11/21/26 - 11/27/26
Festive Season: 12/29/26 - 01/02/27
*The daily resort fee is based upon the number of physical bedrooms within the home and not as a per person fee.
All guests aged 14 and over MUST be registered with the resort at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. A resort registration form is sent to the guest as an attachment to the SL welcome email document after their booking is complete and must be filled out and returned BY THE GUEST to the resort.

● Two Beaches- towels, chairs, umbrellas (rental of beach equipment such as snorkels, fins and boogie boards is available for a fee)
● Two Pools- towels and chairs
● Two Golf Courses (at special guest rates)
● Seaside Tennis Club (at special guest rates)
● Two Fitness Centers (access is included, there is a charge for classes)
● Entry cards for access to parking areas and fitness centers at both hotels
● Charging Privileges- for ease in using Resort restaurants, retails shops and activities
Opting out policy:
Resort Amenities OPT OUT
- Guests may OPT OUT if they wish and not pay the residential resort fee. Guests will have to OPT OUT the entire time. You can not Opt in for part of the stay.
- If guests OPT OUT, their resort amenities access will be severely limited:
- They do still have access to dining reservations and spa/salon appointments
- They do still have access to Golf, but Must Pay Public Rate and Valet Park (cannot park at the clubhouse)
- No access to the Mauna Kea or Hapuna Prince Beach Chaises/Cabanas/Towel Service (both beaches are open to the public however, so they can go to the beach and bring their own towels/beach chairs)
- No Access to Tennis
- No Access to Fitness Centers
- But they can buy day or week pass at Hapuna Fitness Center to attend classes and use equipment (not at Mauna Kea)
- Can attend beachside yoga classes at MK
- No Keiki (children’s) activities
- No cultural activities
- No Guest Parking (valet or public beach only)
- No Charging Privileges

● Can I decide to use the resort for only 4 of my 7 nights?
○ You must opt in or out for the entire duration of your stay. If you are staying 7 nights, you would have to opt in for all 7 nights
