* Air Conditioning: Three bedrooms have air conditioning, while the fourth bedroom, living room, dining room, and other common areas do not. Trade winds typically keep the villa comfortable, though June through September may experience warmer temperatures and occasional still days.
* Embrace the Breeze: For cooling, windows and sliding doors can be opened to allow the trade winds to flow through the villa, adding to the open-air island ambiance.

Please be advised that the pool does NOT heat. There is no heating option for this pool. The garage is for owner's use only.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
