"We absolutely loved staying here, and your staff made everything very easy. Our first impression upon arriving at Andaz was that the resort was beautiful overlooking the ocean. Then our family walked into the villa and we were amazed. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and just was so inviting. We liked the convenience of being so close to the pools, the ocean and the resort. The hot tub on the lanai was really great--especially for the first night when we arrived and was a little tired from traveling. It was nice to just step out of our unit and relax and still a part of the resort with it being right there. The ability to order room service was a nice bonus. The concierge services that you offer through our booking process, arrival, the stay, and departure was top notch. It was really nice that most anything we would need such as soaps, miscellaneous kitchen items, washing supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler were already supplied in the villa. We also liked the book provided with all the information on the villa, restaurants, and island activities. That really helped with planning some amazing dinners and excursions throughout the week. Additional notes about this property:
- Upon arrival and registration, for each reservation a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus tax and a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per night is charged and collected directly by Andaz Maui's front desk.
- There is no self-parking at Andaz Wailea. Guests use Valet Parking for which a daily parking fee applies per vehicle. The cost of valet parking is $50 per day plus tax per vehicle.
- All guests, by placing a reservation, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Andaz Maui House Rules and Condominium Association "Documents".
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Andaz Resort luaus typically take place on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings but the schedule is subject to change. You will hear the luau from the villa lanai and may even enjoy viewing the entertainment from there if you wish.
- Poolside lounge chairs are available for guest use on a first come, first serve basis. Cabanas are available for rent by reservation.
- Andaz management mandates DAILY maintenance of the patio/lanai hot tub by Andaz resort staff.
- Andaz's Bumbye Bar renovation is currently anticipated to be completed in the fall 2025 without firm dates. The original structure will remain, however there will be a new back bar, all new furniture, fixtures, and additional seating. The bathroom and Bumbye towel hut are also in the scope to be updated.
