Additional Information
Banyan House is offered exclusively as a monthly rental. The full monthly rate applies regardless of the number of nights occupied, and the residence is reserved exclusively for a single guest party during each thirty-day rental period. Prorated rates are not available.
To ensure efficient operation, air conditioning should be used only while doors and windows remain closed. A utility fee or security deposit may apply to stays of twenty-one to thirty days or longer. Optional pool heating is available for an additional daily fee plus applicable taxes.
