This is the second time we stayed in this unit at beach villas. This unit, you can get the sunset view. We check sunset time every day, sit in lanai with KONA Beer. It is relaxing, we spent wonderful time there. We definitely go back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have been to Oahu numerous times. This is our first time in Ko Olina! Everything you need is right here. But nice and central between North Shore and Honolulu. Super easy walk to the Mariott for lunch or breakfast. We also enjoyed a beautiful dinner experience at the Four Seasons also an easy 10 min walk. Grocery store and Costco are a very close drive. Golf is an easy walk and so is the luxurious spa at the Aulani Resort

Could not have been more pleased with our 7 night stay. Every convenience was provided for, and there was so much room to spread out. The unit is well maintained and super clean. And the property management is super responsive. Our coffee machine was broken, and they promptly delivered a brand new coffee machine. The refrigerator was pre-stocked with water upon arrival. There were beach chairs plus folding camp chairs. Very convenient totes were provided. And there were plenty of towels for our use. Worth knowing is that the king bed mattress is very firm, but supportive and ultimately comfortable. The dryer takes a very long time to dry (probably due to the high humidity). The AC has 2 zones - yay! However, it was hard to maintain a consistent feel in the second bedroom. Our unit was extremely quiet. We never heard neighbors. The entire property never felt crowded, and was so pleasant. The pool area is fabulous, and you can also take advantage of beach services at extra cost. The 3 other resorts were all a very short walk away, and you can easily take advantage of their dining options. All in all, staying here was such an incredible value. The only thing missing vs. staying at a full service hotel is onsite dining or room service. Otherwise, it's so much better than staying at a busy hotel.

This place was wonderful. The sunsets were spectacular every night. The host was extremely accommodating. This was our first experience with them and we were spoiled. Kitchen amenities were great, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower/tubs. The grounds were stunning, and front desk very friendly. Did I mention the stunning sunsets from the lanai! We'll be back.

The pictures are spot on; the interior and the property grounds were simply stunning. The lanai is phenomenal, overlooking the picture-perfect lagoon. Enjoying the live music at the beach bar and lazing in the lagoon pool quickly became a daily ritual. The whole family got a kick out of the twice daily koi fish feeding experience and staying over the holiday period resulted in us scoring a front row view of the offshore NYE fireworks show right in front of the property; an epic experience. We are already looking to book another week in the summer for our return visit!
