• This property is offered exclusively as a monthly rental with a 30-day minimum stay. Full-month occupancy is not required; however, the monthly rate applies in full regardless of the number of nights occupied. Prorated rates are not available.

• Common areas, the Play Room, and the Game Room Suite do not include air conditioning.
• The swimming pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub.
