The forth bedroom offers two bunk beds with a twin bed over a full, making space for 4 people including a shared bathroom. There is also an additional twin day bed. The bathrooms boost premier shampoo and conditioners along with all paper products and plush towels and robes.

The home office boasts an iMac home computer and high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office.
